Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United States
International locations (where available)

If your region is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier‑related issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

If an item is marked as pre‑order or made‑to‑order, shipping timelines will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately.
