We want you to love every piece from the Structured Chaos Collection. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Purchased through our Shopify store

Non‑returnable items: Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, final‑sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges on eligible items. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
